Here are two websites I created for Roosevelt University. Both created in Wordpress using custom versions of Divi Themes. In the Planning & Design stages we researched sites that worked very similar to what we wanted. Time and budget were restricting so the visual comps & wires rough and edits being made while the development was happening.
The first site is for The American Dream Reconsidered. Created in Wordpress using a custom Divi theme. An event theme that communicates the time, date, individual panel and speaker information. It's also possible to view past events via youtube embeds. It's lightweight and easy for people to read the events and register to attend a panel.
And Justice for All podcast site for Roosevelt University for University President Ali R. Malekzadeh, PhD. Created in Wordpress using a custom Divi theme. In this case, the blogs are added as an asset because there are/were security restrictions with adding the podcast api to get the direct feed. We worked on a process so that every podcast is updated fairly easily and so that they're all uploaded consistently.
